The central areas of the OECD's corporate affairs activities are corporate governance, including the OECD Principles and their implementation, in both member and non-member economies.
 
The Delegation plays an active role in the negotiation, revision and dissemination of these principles. The latest revision of these principles was agreed in May 2004.
