OECD work on competition law and policy aims to encourage decision-makers in government to tackle anti-competitive practices and regulations and promotes market-oriented reform throughout the world.

The Delegation actively supports this work - both analysis and recommendations for OECD member states and the dissemination of best practice to non-members.
